The amplification of sound is very good. Words are easy to hear without increasing the volume very much. The words aren’t muffled but crisp, if I can use that word.
The aids are easy to adjust, and I like the ability to change settings. They are especially helpful when in a live theater or restaurant.

We have had the Sonify hearing aids for approximately ten months and I would give them a 5-star rating. I base this on the fact that I have worn hearing aids for several years. When compared with the others I have had, I would have to say that these are superior.
I particularly appreciate the versatility of these hearing aids; They can not only be adjusted manually but also can be tweaked for different situations via an app loaded onto my cellphone. Also, the case is designed with a magnetic nest which makes it a breeze to recharge the hearing aids.

INITIALLY- Inspection and initial inspection my observation is this system of quality manufacturing with in-depth support material. Personally surprised the AC Module not included but that seems to be a trend I note from many manufacturers with newer products. The User Manual and Quick Start Guide both have detailed TEXT and PICTORIAL information. I found the instructions succinct, clear with ease to follow.
SETUP- the SONIFY APP, available for IOS and ANDROID, is required to setup and control the Hearing AIDS. Basic Control of Hearing Devices CAN BE MADE by using the buttons on the devices but the APP provides additional control and performance parameters. Download APP – Follow Instructions to setup. It took me less than two minutes for the process. I placed first Right device then Left next to my ear pressing button more than three seconds for ON. A voice prompt from each device that individual unit is activated. The APP then connects with the devices finishing installation.
USE – After connection of hearing devices and APP, the next step, automatically, Hearing Aid Tutorial appears for orientation of the devices. The neat thing, to me, on the top right hand corner of the APP is a ? In a circle. Press this at any time for a complete detailed HELP SECTION that even includes Manufacturer Contact detail. Selection of Help topic is quick. But, it gets better. Some of the topics are animated!
In Use / ON EAR – The devices supplied with Medium Open Eartips installed that work for me. These devices pass the “ Hug Test “. Hearing amplifiers I have tested and worn previously will squeal (feedback) when you hug or get near another person. They will also squeal sometimes when in high back chair. The SONIFY Hearing AIDS in my use, to date, have not exhibited any of these issues.
SETTINGS – There are four Basic that include: HOME – RESTURANT – OUTSIDE – MUSIC
INITIALLY, Installation placed the setting in Music that I changed to HOME. This was accomplished by changing each device separately in the APP. THESE SAME BASIC SETTINGS can be changed by pressing and holding the buttons on the devices which also allow UP/DOWN Volume control with quick press. With the longer Press a Voice prompt alerts as to the specific category. The devices stay in category selected after returned for new charge. The APP allows additional changes such as Whisper Mode, Adjust BASS, Adjust Treble and Noise Reduction.
EXPERIENCE- Have listened to various Television channels, spoken on Telephone and talked with family members in home. So far, the results are positive and no issues encountered.

These hearing aids are a big step up from the $100 and under variety. Yes, they amplify sound, but they can also be connected to your phone via Bluetooth. I paired these with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Pairing is done in the accessibility section instead of the Bluetooth section of settings. They pair very easily. Once paired, I’m not sure you really need the app for the iPhone. You get all of the controls you need right there in your phone. You can choose different modes (Outdoors, Music, Restaurant, and Home). You can also adjust the volume of each hearing aid as well. There’s a nice feature that lets you stream audio from the iPhones mic, so you could hand your phone to someone and they could speak into your phone and you would hear them. Phone calls work fine. Music is a bit on the tinny side. This may be with all hearing aids, but there is a constant “hiss” when using these. Callers are also able to hear this “hiss”. It comes in a nice case and is rechargeable via USB-C. These are the first hearing aids I’ve tried that also have bluetooth connectivity, and they are way better than the basic no-frills hearing aids.

WOW! I’m impressed and pleased! Same quality and features as the better-known brands… but for less!
This is what VALUE means! Also, they are TRULY on top of things with their customer service. The medium size RIC wires (size 2) were just a bit too small for me, and I went to their website to see if I could purchase the next size up. — Finding nothing listing, I inquired directly and explained where/how I received my pair of hearing aids. The customer service rep told me that they would send to me (free of charge) the size-3 RIC attachment. Four days later, they arrived and I was able to replace the medium size with the large size.
These are MORE than simple ordinary amplifiers. They are quality devices without the expense.
TRUE, you must make the adjustments yourself (ie: no audiologist to test for you… but the app makes it easy enough to find the settings that work best for yourself!!) Even with my old Costco hearing aids, they didn’t get-it-right the first time and there was the hassle of going back for adjustments. Also my hearing changed over the years, and I needed to go back and have the default volume setting adjusted.
Guess what? You can do that yourself… on your own time, at your convenience, in the privacy and quiet of your own home!
I like the charger case and the fact that the magnetic compartments will “snap” the hearing aid directly into the correct position for charging. (My old Kirkland charging case was fidgety and there were times that my hearing aids were not properly charged because contact was not made.) I’m never in doubt with these Sonify hearing aids. They click into place when placing them into the charger!

I have medium hearing loss, but wasn’t sure about spending $1500 at Costco or more elsewhere. I’m too vain and my hearing isn’t that bad. So I compromised on this Bluetooth set and it has been excellent and easy to work with. Easy to set up, comfortable, and. Easy to control. Great value for your money.

I have no problem with these OTC hearing aids, and this is my first device for my mild to moderate hearing loss. For a first-time hearing aid user, this has been a good experience.
I am hearing birds & crickets that I haven’t heard in a while.
I like being able to use my phone (Android) to make adjustments to the volume or choose another setting option.
I balked at spending thousands of dollars, and I am satisfied with this aid.

I’ve owned hearing aids that cost $6,500 a set from an ENT office. My Mach II Pro Ws easily outperform them! I can hear things like birds singing and crickets chirping again for the 1st time in ages. I forgot how wonderful those sounds are. The service at Sonify is excellent. I encourage people with questions to call. They are always professional and got back to me quickly. I recommend Sonify to anyone looking to hear much better.

The hearing aids I first received had a minor issue instead of going back through Amazon with the issue I elected to contact the manufacturer directly and received above excellent service and help which actually required replacement of the hearing aids they sent me new set ASAP that they then took time to walk me through every function of the aids in great detail to assure I was and still am 100% satisfied with. Then they have continued to follow up checking to see all is still great and it is. These hearing aids are great quality and have same functions as the 6000.00 $ aids but at 1 10th the cost 600.00 dollars. I would recommend these to every one wanting or needing hearing aids.

I give my hearing aids a 5 rating. They are a game changer for me. I wear them most minutes I’m awake and keep them in the charger overnight. They are so easy to use and adjust with the app on my phone or by hand. A phone call with them on is great even in a busy place I can hear the caller perfectly.
