These USA made hearing aids are good quality has good sound I bought them for my 84 year old mother and they are not bulky as seen in the pictures comparing a regular hearing aid to sonify. These hearing aids have an app to adjust the sound echo sounds out and 10 sounds out. My mom also likes that it does not have the tensioners that she feels like was a flaw with the brand name hearing aids. To listen to the TV my mom puts it on music. It has also restaurant that blocks out background noise and switches the sound to the front. The support is also great, I called twice the company and after pressing customer service it ring maybe three times and I actually got to talk to a human. Phil was great and helped me with the adjustments. The one star reviews that said poor customer service was because of the incorrect number to call that was listed, I went to the better Business bureau and got the number from there, and informed Phil of the incorrect number on the site and he said he would get that corrected. Amazon wouldn’t let me post the phone number so you will have to look it up yourself. By the way Phil said the company employees 50 Americans and they are located in Minnesota so it’s central time when you call. I recommended this to a friend that was elderly and needed to have hearing aids but couldn’t afford the more expensive ones. he got them and now it’s been a week and he says he loves them he’s happy that he can also control them through his phone on his app. It certainly is a good deal, the fit is well it’s easy to use and my mom has to change the battery every Wednesday and Sunday so now you know what the battery life is. Phil said that the more she uses the app because it uses Bluetooth it pulls off the battery so that may be why the battery life was not as long but also because she uses them for 16 or more hours a day, she gets up real early.

I finally got my grandpa to agree to trying some hearing aides. He likes these hearing aides quite a bit and can hear much better with them. Although he doesn’t use the features to their fullest extent, I was pretty impressed with the bluetooth and app integration. You get a lot of control over the sound profile and I think its super cool that you can watch youtube videos and such on your phone through your hearing aides.
The main disadvantage to these hearing aides is the batteries. Unfortunately they are not rechargeable and the batteries don’t last that long so they frequently need to be replaced. Luckily it comes with some extra batteries and you can get more for very cheap. But it is annoying to be replacing batteries all the time and my grandpa doesn’t have the best dexterity to install these tiny batteries.
You have to keep in mind that these are relatively budget hearing aides with some more premium features for a good price. High end prescription hearing aides can cost A LOT of money. These offer a more affordable option with great bluetooth integration and sound profile features.

I picked these up for my 80-year old mom, whose been having a hard time hearing conversations lately. She is not quite ready to get herself a hearing aid (she’s says she too young!), but was willing to give this one a try. We both liked it because it’s nearly invisible when worn, and it was very easy to get her set up using it. Plus, it’s not very expensive so it was a low commitment if she hated it. But so far, she’s loving it. She can hear conversations better and doesn’t ask us to repeat herself as much. She’s got short-ish hair and it really is invisible when she’s wearing it, you don’t notice it. The app is nice but it’s a learning curve for her, and she is still getting used to wearing it regularly, but so far, so good. The quality of life improvement is well worth the investment.

My mother in law couldn’t hear a dang thing before putting these in her ears. I would say something and I would have to yell it 10 times until she got it. I thought she was just messing with me but this is with everyone. I set these up and put these in and she could hear me all the way down the hall which is along way aways. I mean she just could hear me but she was answering the questions I ask so it wasn’t a gimmick. They work amazingly. She didn’t complain about the fit either. she likes them and they are not noticeable.

These are nice hearing aids if you want to connect them to your phone. There’s an app that goes along with them so you can adjust noise reduction and pick different environmental settings. The hearing aids themselves are much smaller than some of the others I have tried. They are very discreet. Comes with a bunch of different ear plugs and extra filters. Comes with one pack of 312 batteries as well. If you’re not looking for rechargeable hearing aids, these should be adequate for mild to medium hearing loss. Comes with a nice case and the packaging is top rate.

They are great
I love these hearing AIDS. They’re absolutely the best and the service and support are great. I’ve tried several other manufacturers and never did get the hearing aids to work correctly. I downloaded the Sonify software package on my phone. Put the hearing aids in and made the adjustments on my phone for home use and they automatically set the other Three options. I would definitely recommend these hearing aids.

The Mach I Pro Wireless is a game changer! The sound quality is fantastic, and I love the wireless streaming feature. It’s super comfortable, and I barely notice I’m wearing them. Highly recommend!

When I saw batteries I started laughing. I truly didn’t think they still make them that way. Years ago batteries used to cost $20.00 for 6, now it’s the other way around. I have used hearing aids for over 20 years so don’t knock the battery ones, they are good too. I’m comparing these to a prescription set. The sound quality is tied. These are smaller than my prescription set. These are RIC (receiver in canal), my prescription was a hollow tube. I think that’s why these sound as good. These you can stream with where you couldn’t with my prescription set. (This is a personal choice, if you wish to stream music, get a set of rechargeable ear buds and save the batteries on these). These are truly awesome and I would recommend them to my family and friends without reservation.

WOW – these have excellent sound once adjusted properly. Sound way beyond what units that are half the price put out, as I have evaluated a few.
These come with an excellent case and excellent packaging and presentation all around.
Mine came mostly charged and I was able to put them through their paces right away and compare to a few other similar units I have.
Well feature wise – these are very similar but sound wise – these greatly exceed the other units.
The background noise and hiss suppression on these is the beast I have experienced, after going into the app and playing with the adjustments.
Whether in a group of people or watching TV – these are superb.
The controls on the unit are a bit tricky to get used to – but didn’t take me too long.
I will put up with the controls as the sound is what is important top me.
And that is where this unit really shines – clear sound with almost no hiss and suppressed background noise.
Be sure to check the compatible phone list at seller’s website before purchasing…

I ordered the MACH1 devices from Amazon, but when I got them, they were a higher level of Sonify hearing aid. I needed longer wires so I had to contact Sonify about this.
I spoke to a gentleman named Phil, and he confirmed that I did get a higher level device than what I paid for. But, he also insisted I keep them. He also ordered my new longer wires at no charge.
I want you reading this review to know two important things:
1) I have a $1200 pair of Jabra bluetooth streaming devices that cannot come close to these Sonify hearing aids for comfort, sound, and quality. While these do not stream at this price point, (but they having bluetooth streamable devices), these are app controlled and work great with my Samsung Note 20 ultra.
2) Sonify customer service is the BEST of any hearing aid company I’ve ever dealt with. Phil was more than willing to do the right thing by me even though they suffered a loss due to the incorrect product sent. He stated that the thing that makes Sonify MOST HAPPY is to be able to TALK with their customers. How many companies can say that??
I really cannot imagine anyone not getting great benefit from these devices. And you will be VERY IMPRESSED by Sonify’s 5-star customer service.
